Fast Home Developers Llp is based up on the 13th floor of the Acropolis building. If you know Rajdanga Main Road in Kasba, you know it gets pretty packed during rush hour. Being that high up is actually quite nice because you don't hear all the honking from the street as much. We’ve got a decent setup here. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day stuff that comes with developing homes. There’s always a stack of files on someone’s desk and the printer is usually running. We spend a lot of time on our phones or out at sites, so the office can feel a bit empty some afternoons. Then other days, everyone is here at once and it’s a bit of a madhouse. We don't have a big fancy reception or anything like that. People just walk in and we see what they need. It’s a practical way to run things. The 13th floor gives a good view of the city, which helps when you’ve had a long day. We just try to stay on top of the projects and make sure the schedules don’t slip too much. It’s hard work, but we’ve been at it for a while now. Most of the staff lives nearby in Kasba or around there, so we’re all pretty local. It’s just a normal office where we try to get things right and keep the paperwork moving.
