Fabulous Projects Llp

Fabulous Projects Llp is based at 12 Mayfair Road. We are in Block B, Flat 4B. Despite the name 'Fabulous,' our office is actually quite modest. It’s located in a more residential part of the 700019 area, so it’s a lot calmer than the main roads. We mostly handle project management for various small-scale developments. It’s a lot of sitting around a table and trying to figure out why a shipment of bricks hasn't arrived or how to fix a plumbing issue on a site. We are a small team and we’ve known each other for years. The office feels more like a home than a place of business, which probably comes from being in a flat. We have a lot of binders full of old permits and photos of finished jobs. We don't really have a marketing person or someone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to people directly. If they have a project, we see if we can help. Sometimes we have to say no if we’re already too busy. We value our weekends and we don't pretend to work twenty-four hours a day. It’s a balanced life. Mayfair Road is a nice place to walk around during a break. We’ve got a good relationship with the other residents in the building, so we try to keep the noise down. It’s just a practical, local business doing what we know how to do without any bells or whistles.
