Fabulous Buildcon Llp

Fabulous Buildcon Llp is run out of Flat 4B, Block B at 12 Mayfair Road. It’s a nice enough area in Kolkata, but we don't spend all our time inside the office. Most of the real work happens out at the construction sites. We are a small team that handles the "buildcon" side of things, which is just a way of saying we manage building projects from the start. The office in the 700019 zip code is where we keep the records and meet with people. It’s usually pretty hectic with phones ringing and people coming in and out. We don’t do a lot of fancy advertising or anything like that. Most of our work comes from people knowing what we do around the neighborhood. Construction is messy and sometimes things go wrong, but we just fix it and keep going. We try to be very practical about how we build. There’s no point in over-promising things we can’t deliver. We just look at the plans, talk to the crew, and make sure the materials are on site. It’s a lot of physical work and a lot of coordinating between different trades. We like the Mayfair Road location because it’s easy for people to find us. We are just a group of builders trying to do a good job in a very busy city like this one.
