Faber Service Centre

We've been here on Debendra Bose Road for a while now. Most people around Bhowanipur know the spot. It's a busy area and we're usually fixing things all day. It’s mostly kitchen stuff, you know, chimneys and hobs that stop working when they get too greasy or the motors wear out. We have a small team here. Someone is usually at the desk answering the phone while the others are out or working on parts. The shop isn't fancy at all. There are tools everywhere and boxes stacked up in the corners. Sometimes the traffic outside 15 A gets really loud, especially in the afternoons. We just get on with the work. People drop off their appliances and we try to get them sorted as soon as we can. It’s not always fast because some parts take time to arrive, but we do what we can. If you're looking for us, we’re right there in the middle of the street. It’s a plain building. We don't have a huge sign or anything, just enough so you can find the door. Dealing with broken appliances is never fun for anyone, so we just keep things simple. Usually, it's just about getting the grease out or fixing a motor that gave up. We’ve seen it all before. Bhowanipur is a good place to be based, plenty of folks nearby who need a hand with their kitchen gear. We just stay busy and keep the lights on for the neighborhood.
