We are Expand Developers Private Limited. Our office is on the 3rd Floor at 94 Lr Chitpore Road. We are c/o Mahanand Ray Fulchand. It’s a busy area and the building has a lot going on. Getting up to the third floor is part of our daily routine. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while. It’s not a polished corporate office. It’s a real place with papers everywhere and people talking on phones. We handle development projects. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar with dates marked on it. Lr Chitpore Road is always full of life. Sometimes it’s hard to find parking, but we make it work. Our team is small and we don't really care for fancy titles. We just want to get the job done right so we can move on to the next one. We don't spend a lot of time on social media. We are usually too busy with the actual work. If you come by 94 Lr Chitpore Road, you'll see we are just regular folks. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the weather while we work. Expand Developers Private Limited is our livelihood. We take it seriously, but we don't act like we are better than anyone else. It’s a tough business sometimes, but we enjoy the challenge. That’s pretty much all there is to say. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
