Exia Remedies is located on Mahendra Roy Lane in Kolkata, specifically on the 3rd floor in office number 6. The building at 1/1A isn't anything special to look at, but it’s where we manage everything related to our healthcare products. It’s a small space, mostly just desks, filing cabinets, and some shelves for medicine samples. We spend a lot of time talking to distributors and making sure the labels and paperwork are all correct because that stuff really matters in this business. The lane outside can get pretty clogged with traffic, so we usually try to get our deliveries done early in the morning. It’s a bit of a climb to the third floor when the lift is being serviced, but we’re used to it. We aren't a big multi-national company with a massive lab. We are a small team trying to provide decent remedies and healthcare options to the market. There’s a lot of paperwork involved, and sometimes it feels like we’re drowning in forms, but that’s just how it is. We keep the lights on, the tea hot, and the work moving along. It’s a practical, no-frills kind of place. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting area. If someone comes to see us, they usually just pull up a chair next to one of our desks. We just focus on doing our jobs right without any fuss.
