Excelsior Traders

We’ve been tucked away in the basement of A C Market for a good number of years now. If you know Ezra Street, you know how hectic it gets around here with all the shops and people moving about. We are located at Plot No. 9, right near the Kolkata Tea Board Office. It’s not a fancy place, just a regular basement setup where we handle the day-to-day operations for Excelsior Traders. Sometimes the lights in the corridor flicker a bit, but we get the work done regardless. People usually find us by asking around once they reach the Tea Board area because the signs aren't always the clearest. It’s a bit cramped with all the stock, but it works for what we do. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in, and one of us will be around to help you out. It gets pretty humid in the summers, especially being downstairs, so we keep a couple of old fans running all day. Most of our neighbors have been here as long as we have, so there's a bit of a community feel in the basement. We don’t do much advertising; most folks just know where to find us. It’s a straightforward business, nothing too complicated. If you're coming by, just look for the A C Market entrance and head down. We are usually here from morning until the evening rush starts thinning out.
