EXCEL NIRMAN LLP is located at 54 E/1 Matheshwartala Road. It’s a bit of a tucked-away spot, but it works fine for what we do. We aren't a big company with hundreds of employees, but we keep ourselves busy with construction projects around the area. Matheshwartala Road can get pretty crowded, especially with the local transport moving through, but that’s just part of working in this district. Our office is a simple place where we manage the paperwork and keep track of our different sites. Most of the time, the partners are out checking on how things are being built. We don’t spend much time sitting in fancy chairs. It’s more about being on the ground and seeing the progress for ourselves. We handle various types of building work, mostly local stuff that needs a steady hand. The paperwork is just something we have to get through so we can get back to the actual construction. We like the neighborhood here; it’s got a lot of activity and it feels real. We started this LLP to do things our own way without a lot of overhead. There aren't many frills here, just a lot of talk about materials, deadlines, and labor. We try to be fair with everyone we work with and just get the job done properly. It’s not always easy, but we’ve managed to keep things going steadily at this address for quite some time now.
