Everline Homes Llp is located at 1, Garstin Place in the heart of Kolkata 700001. This is the old business district, and the buildings around here have so much history. Our office is in one of those areas where you can really feel the old city. We focus on homes and residential projects, hence the name. It’s a lot of coordination between us, the architects, and the people on the ground at the building sites. We aren't the kind of company that uses a lot of marketing fluff. We just talk like regular people because that’s who we are. Some days are stressful when deadlines are tight, and other days are just about catching up on paperwork. We have a small office where we drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized. Being in the 700001 area means parking is always a nightmare, but we are used to it by now. We’ve been working together for a while and we have a good rhythm. We don't pretend to be perfect, but we do put in the hours. If someone calls us, they talk to a real person, not a recording. We like it that way. It’s a straightforward business and we try to keep our dealings that way too. There’s always something new to learn in this industry, and we just take it one day at a time. We hope to keep building homes that people can actually live in.
