Everline Constech Llp is based out of 1, Garstin Place. It’s an old part of Kolkata. People usually find us here when they need work done on building sites. We have been around for a bit now. Most days are busy with paperwork and site visits. The office isn't fancy. It's just where we coordinate everything from. You can see the old buildings around Garstin Place from our windows. We handle different construction technicalities. It's a lot of coordination between the office here in 700001 and the actual locations where things are getting built. My desk is usually covered in drawings. We don't spend much on decorations because the work keeps us outside mostly. If you come by, someone is usually making tea. It's a small team. We try to keep things moving. Sometimes the traffic in this part of Kolkata makes getting to the office a bit of a headache, but we manage. We’ve seen the area change over the years. We just focus on getting the day's tasks sorted out. It’s hard work, but it’s what we do. We don't have a big front desk or anything. Just some chairs and the files we need. Most of our guys are out in the field. When the phone rings, it’s usually someone asking about a timeline or a material delivery. We just try to give them a straight answer and keep the projects on track without too much fuss. There is always a stack of invoices to go through.
