Evergreen Paramount Projects Private Limited is located at 50, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road, way up on the 11th floor. It’s a busy part of the city, and being in such a tall building means we spend a lot of time waiting for the elevator. The office is right in the heart of things. We deal with various project developments, and having a base here helps us stay in touch with what’s happening in the industry. It’s a lot of phone calls, site visits, and looking at spreadsheets. The 11th-floor view is okay, but most of the time we have the blinds down because of the sun. It’s a professional enough space, but if you look closely, you’ll see the stacks of blueprints and half-empty coffee cups that tell the real story. We work long hours trying to keep everything organized. Construction and project management aren't exactly easy, especially with all the regulations and the logistics involved. We have a small team here who have been doing this for years. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy talk; we just focus on getting the jobs done as they come. Sometimes the pressure gets high when deadlines are close, but we manage to get through it. It’s just us doing our bit in this big city. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just working hard to keep the projects moving. Every floor in this building has a story, and this is ours.
