Evergreen Homes Creation Llp is over at 87/1, Muzaffar Ahmad Street. The street has a lot of history, and the building we’re in feels like it’s part of that. Our office is on one of the upper floors, and it’s a bit of a climb because the elevator is often being repaired. Inside, it’s a pretty simple setup. We have desks for everyone and a couple of shelves that are overflowing with samples of tiles and bricks. Since we deal with homes, we like to have the actual materials around to look at. It’s not a fancy showroom; it’s just our workspace. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a salesperson. We just handle the design and construction side of things ourselves. Most days involve a lot of drawing and then double-checking those drawings. We drink a lot of tea and talk about how the projects are going. The office is a bit dusty sometimes because of all the samples, but we don't mind. We chose this location because it’s tucked away but still accessible. We don't have a big team, so we all know each other well. It makes the work day go by faster when you’re working with people you like. We don't make big claims about being the best. We just focus on the work at hand and try to make sure everything is done right. It’s a practical, everyday kind of business where we just get things done.
