Evergreen Dwelling Private Limited

If you come to 50 Jawahar Lal Nehru Road and head up to the 11th floor, you will find our office there. Evergreen Dwelling Private Limited is a small place in a tall building in a very busy part of the city. Working on the 11th floor gives you a bit of a different perspective on the world outside. You can see the rooftops and the tops of the trees. It’s a lot of stairs if the lift is broken, but thankfully that doesn't happen too often. Our day starts early and usually involves a lot of meetings about housing and land. We are a private limited company, so there is a fair amount of reporting and filing to do. The office is functional. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and a lot of filing cabinets. We don't have any expensive art on the walls or anything like that. It’s just a place to get work done. We deal with people looking for a place to stay or invest in. It is mostly just explaining the details and making sure the contracts are right. The area around JL Nehru Road is always buzzing, so even though we are high up, we still feel the energy of the city. We just keep doing our thing, day in and day out, without making a big deal about it. It gets hot in the afternoons but we have the fans going.
