You can find Evergreen Abodes Private Limited up on the 11th floor at 50, Jawahar Lal Nehru Road11 Th Floor. It’s a bit of a climb, but there's an elevator most of the time. From up here, we can see quite a bit of the city. We work on housing projects and residential buildings. It’s a busy office. There are always people coming and going, from architects to suppliers. We try to keep things running smoothly, but with so many different projects, it can get a little chaotic. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge budget for PR. We’re just a group of people who know how to put buildings together. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at budgets. It’s not always exciting, but it’s the work we do. We’ve been at this address for a while and we like the central location. It makes it easier to get to our various sites around town. Sometimes the paperwork for these developments is a mile high. We just take it one page at a time. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just build places for people to live. It’s hard work and it takes a lot of coordination between different teams. We just try to stay focused and get the projects finished so we can start the next one without a lot of delay.
