Our name is Ethnology Developers LLP. You can find us at 83 Topsia Road South, specifically on the fourth floor of Trinity Tower. It’s a landmark building near the Topsia Police Station. We share the area with a lot of other businesses. Our day-to-day is pretty standard for a developer. We look at land, we talk to architects, and we try to make things move forward. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting in meetings. The fourth floor is high enough to get away from some of the street noise, but you can still hear the horns honking down below. We’ve been in this office for a bit now. It’s got a bit of dust because of all the construction around, but that’s normal for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our part and finish our projects. Sometimes things go slow with permits and stuff, and we just have to wait it out like everyone else. We drink a lot of coffee in the office. It helps when we have to stay late to finish up some plans. The commute to Topsia can be a bit long depending on where you live, but we are used to it by now. We are just a group of people working together to build things in the city. It’s hard work, and the paperwork never seems to end, but we stay at it.
