Our business is Essen Life Space Developer LLP, and we’ve been working out of this spot for some time. It’s a fairly straightforward setup here. We don’t have a lot of bells and whistles in the office; it’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of talk about development. Most days start with tea and a look at whatever project is currently on the table. We deal with life spaces, which basically means we figure out where people are going to live and work. It involves a lot of back-and-forth with different teams and sometimes the paperwork feels like it never ends. Jhowtala Road is a good place to be because it’s connected to everything we need. We are just regular people who happened to get into the development business. We don't use big words to describe what we do because building things is mostly just practical problem-solving. Some days are harder than others, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate with a site visit, but we manage. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees, so when you call, you’re usually talking to one of us directly. We just try to do an honest job and keep our projects on track. That’s really all there is to it at the end of the day. There are no fancy tricks, just work.
