Essar Pneumatics & Equipments

We are up on the second floor at 25 Burtolla Street. It is a busy street, so you have to keep an eye out for the number when you are coming to see Essar Pneumatics & Equipments. Being on the second floor means we are a bit away from all the street noise, which helps when we are looking at technical stuff or dealing with equipment orders. The stairs are a bit steep, but we are used to them by now. Our space is filled with parts, tools, and a lot of paperwork. It is not a showroom; it is a working office and a storage area. We handle a lot of different pneumatic tools and equipment, so things can get a bit cluttered if we aren't careful with our space. We have been at this for some time now, and we know our way around the machines we deal with. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they have been coming to Burtolla Street for years. We do not have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. Usually, it is just one of us answering the phone or checking a part for a customer who called. It is a bit of a cramped space sometimes, especially when a big delivery comes in, but we make it work. We like the location because it is central and we have gotten to know the other shop owners nearby. It is just a regular business doing work.
