Ess Pee Enclave Pvt. Ltd. is located at 102 Raja Basanta Roy Road, a place that feels a bit more relaxed than the city center. We are in a residential-looking building that has some trees nearby, which is nice when the sun is really beating down in the afternoons. The office inside is simple, with some chairs for visitors and a couple of desks where we keep the property files. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors and people looking to move into the area, so it’s a lot of chatting and showing maps of the local blocks. The floors are made of old stone and stay relatively cool even when it’s humid outside. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one that lets people know they’ve found the right spot. Sometimes we get caught up talking to the postman or the neighbors, so the work takes a bit longer than it should, but we don't mind. It is a quiet street for the most part, except for the occasional car or someone selling snacks from a cart. We like it here because it feels like a real community rather than a business district. There isn't much fancy furniture inside, just what we need to get the documents sorted and the keys handed over to the right people. We’ve been here for a good while and people know our door is usually open.
