If you look for us, we are located on Topsia Road South, right near Sangam Palace. It’s a very busy spot with cars and rickshaws going by all the time. ESS NIRMAN PRIVATE LIMITED has its office here at 21/3. It is easy to find if you know the landmark. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some old wooden desks and chairs that have been around for years. We don't see the point in buying expensive furniture when the real work happens out at the construction sites anyway. Most of our day is spent talking to contractors and making sure the supplies like sand and bricks are reaching where they need to go. It gets quite dusty around here because of all the traffic and the work nearby. We have a small team, just a few of us handling the accounts and the site management. There is a small tea stall nearby where we get our morning chai, which is basically what keeps us going. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If someone wants to talk to us, they just walk in or give us a call on the mobile. Some days are stressful when the weather is bad and the work stops, but we just wait it out. It is a decent life and we like being part of the bustle in this part of Kolkata.
