Ernst Young

We are based over in Kolkata at 56A Banerjee Para Lane, specifically in the Dhakuria area. It’s a classic Kolkata neighborhood with narrow lanes and a lot of character. Our office is known as Ernst Young. It’s tucked away a bit, so it’s not as noisy as being right on the main road. The building is an older one, like many in this part of the city. We’ve been here for quite some time now and have settled into a comfortable rhythm. The office is pretty basic—just some sturdy tables, old cupboards for the files, and our computers. We spend our days working through various documents and staying on top of the local business requirements. Dhakuria is a nice place to be, with the lake nearby if we ever need a bit of fresh air. We aren't into big marketing or trying to sound like some massive corporation. We’re just a group of people who know how to handle our business. The weather here can get quite humid, so we’re grateful for the fans we have going all day. We mostly keep to ourselves and focus on the tasks at hand. It’s a quiet, steady kind of work life. We like the local community here and the fact that everything we need is just a short walk away. It’s a good, honest place to spend our working hours. We usually close up shop early on Saturdays to enjoy the weekend. It feels right for us.
