We’ve been over here on Joraban Road in Kolkata for a while now. It’s a busy spot, especially with the traffic around West Bengal 700047, but we make it work. Most days at Encircle Management Consultants Pvt Ltd start with a lot of tea and looking over different papers. Handling management consulting basically means people come to us when they have a problem with how their business is running. Not always exciting, but it keeps us busy. Being at number 59 11, the office is a bit cramped sometimes when everyone is in at once. We don't really do the fancy corporate thing you see in movies. It’s just a group of us trying to get things sorted for the clients who walk through the door. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing, and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the street noise outside. Over the years, the neighborhood has changed quite a bit. Kolkata has that way of staying the same but feeling different all the time. If you’re looking for the place, we are tucked in there. Focusing on the work at hand is what we do, and we try not to get too bogged down in the heat. It’s just how we do things here. No big speeches or anything like that. Just the daily grind on Joraban Road. It is what it is, really. We just get through it together.
