Our office is located at 1, A J C Bose Road. If you know Kolkata, you know that area is always moving and the traffic never seems to stop. It’s a busy spot, and we are right in the thick of it. We deal with real estate development, which means we are usually juggling five different things at once. The office is our base of operations where we try to keep it all organized. It’s a decent-sized space, but it fills up quickly with maps, legal papers, and property files. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a receptionist sitting behind a marble desk. Usually, you just walk in and talk to whoever is available at their desk. We prefer keeping things low-key and straightforward with everyone. A J C Bose Road is a great location for us because it's easy for people to find, even if the parking is a nightmare sometimes. We’ve spent many long hours here, especially when a big project is about to start or we have a deadline. The windows look out onto the street, so there’s always something to see. We have a small area for making tea, which is pretty much what keeps this office running. It’s not a corporate showroom; it’s just where the actual work happens. We focus on the properties and the land, making sure everything is moving forward. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve been at it for a while now.
