We are located at 100 Snroy Road in Kolkata 38. Emcons Management Consultants Pvt Ltd is a name we have used for a long time. The office is on a busy stretch of road. You can hear the buses and autos going by all day long. It's a very lively part of the city. We have a couple of rooms that we've turned into our workspace. It is a bit dusty because of all the traffic outside, but we try to keep it clean. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know the management consulting business. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spreadsheets. It's not the most exciting work in the world, but it is what we know. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just want to do the work well enough that people come back to us. Lunch is often something quick from a nearby stall or a packed lunch from home. We don't have a cafeteria. Sometimes we talk about the local sports or what is on television. It is a very ordinary office. People come in, we talk about their problems, and we try to find a way to help out. We have been at this address for years and we've gotten used to the rhythm of the street. It’s just how we do things here.
