The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cabinets filled with project files. We just need a place to sit and work. Most of our time is spent dealing with the technical side of things, so the office can get a bit quiet when everyone is focused. Then someone will bring in snacks and we’ll take a break to talk about anything but work for a few minutes. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, though we do get busy when deadlines are close. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just show up, do the tasks that are in front of us, and try to keep things moving. It’s a straightforward business, and being on Ashutosh Mukherjee Road makes it easy for us to stay connected to the rest of the city.
