Eeshan Homes

We are located on the third floor of Santosh Chamber, which is at 14 Chinar Park. It is a pretty busy area, and there is always a lot of movement around the building. Our office is a basic workspace where we handle all our home-related projects. We aren't into big, flashy presentations or corporate talk. It is just a group of us who are familiar with the housing market in this part of the city. Most days involve a lot of phone calls to contractors, owners, and people looking for a new place to live. The stairs up to the third floor keep us active, though there is a lift if we are feeling lazy. We have a lot of physical files and maps spread out because we like to see everything clearly. It’s a very down-to-earth environment. We don’t try to impress anyone with a fancy lobby; we just focus on finding the right homes for the people who come to us. Chinar Park has changed a lot recently, and we’ve been here to see most of it. We take our work seriously but keep the atmosphere in the office fairly relaxed. If a client comes in, we offer them some water and just talk about what they need. It’s a simple, local business approach that hasn’t changed much since we started.
