Eden Machinery

Eden Machinery is at No. 166 H13 on Keshab Chandra Sen Street. This is an old part of the city with narrow streets and a lot of history. We deal in different kinds of machinery, mostly for small shops and some basic farm equipment. Our shop is on the ground floor so people can see the different machines through the front window. It isn't really a fancy showroom. It feels more like a workshop because there is usually some oil on the floor and tools scattered around the benches. We spend a lot of our time repairing things that customers bring back to us. It gets pretty noisy when we are testing out an engine or a pump. We have spare parts stacked up all the way to the ceiling in the back room. My father was the one who started this business, and I have been working here since I was a young man. We don't have a website or anything like that. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they saw our sign while walking by. We keep all our sales records in a big handwritten book. The ceiling is high, which is good for the heat, but the place can get a bit cold in the winter months. We have an old radio that plays music most of the day. We just like fixing things and selling parts that actually work.
