It’s often noisy outside with the local traffic and the daily life of the city. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. When you come to see us, you’re likely to see stacks of papers and maybe some samples of tiles or cement. We talk to our clients in plain English or Bengali and don't try to use confusing industry jargon. The work is physical and tiring, especially when the weather is humid, but it’s what we do. We have a crew that has been with us for a while, and we just try to get through the projects one by one. It’s a practical life, and we are happy to be working in this part of Kolkata.
