Ecofab Textiles Private Limited

Ecofab Textiles is located over at House Number 2 in Laskarpur, in the Piyara Bagan area. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re coming from central Kolkata, but being out here in South 24 Parganas gives us a bit more space to breathe. Our setup is pretty basic, just a house that we’ve converted to handle our fabric business. We don't have any big glass partitions or air-conditioned lobbies. It’s mostly just rooms filled with rolls of cloth and a small desk where we keep our records. The neighborhood is quiet compared to the city, but it gets busy when the delivery trucks try to navigate the narrow lanes. We mostly focus on the practical side of textiles—checking the quality, making sure the colors are right, and getting everything packed for shipping. It’s a lot of physical work, and we’re often on our feet all day. The staff is mostly local people who’ve been with us for a while. We don't really use much technology beyond what’s necessary for billing. Sometimes we sit out in the yard during lunch just to get some air. We’ve grown used to the pace of things here. It’s not a high-pressure corporate environment, just a regular workplace where we try to do a decent job every day. The 700153 pin code is our little corner of the world, and we’re fine with that.
