Dynamic Projects

Dynamic Projects is based at 31C Hemchandra Mukherjee Road, over in the East Park area of Kolkata. We are down in Pobarisha in the South 24 Parganas district. It is a bit of a journey to get here from the city center but this is where we feel at home. Our work involves various projects, mostly focusing on getting things built or organized in the local area. The office is a busy spot where we keep our blueprints and site plans. Kolkata has a certain way of doing things and we have learned to work with the local pace and the weather. Sometimes it’s the heat and other times it’s the rain, but the work at 31C keeps moving forward regardless. We have a small group of people who have been with us for years. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees; we are a local outfit that knows the soil and the streets around here. We spend a lot of time on site but this address is our home base where all the planning happens. It’s a bit dusty sometimes and there is always someone coming in to discuss a new job or a change in plans. We don't bother with fancy marketing or big signs. People around Pobarisha know who we are and what we do, and that is enough for us to keep busy.
