DURJA PROJECTS LLP

Our place is over at 269, S.N. Banerjee Road, specifically on the first floor of the Annanya Apartment building. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs if you aren't used to it, but the office inside is quiet enough once you shut the door against the traffic noise. Durja Projects LLP has been running from here, and we mostly spend our hours looking over plans and making sure the numbers add up. The apartment has a bit of an old feel to it, which we kind of like. There’s a small balcony where someone usually stands to catch a breath of air when things get too busy. We keep a calendar on the wall that’s usually covered in scribbles and notes that only we can read. It isn't a huge team, so we all know who is doing what at any given time. Lunch is usually brought from home and eaten at the main table while we talk about whatever is on the news. Kolkata can be a tough city to get around in, so we appreciate being in a spot that people can actually find. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. If someone knocks, one of us just gets up and opens the door. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps us grounded in the daily reality of the work. It’s just how we operate.
