DSPS PROPERTIES PRIVATE LIMITED

We've been at 35, C. R. Avenue for a while now. Our office is up on the 5th floor, specifically in room 25/6. It's a busy part of Kolkata, right in the 700012 area. DSPS Properties Private Limited is just a small team working out of this space. The building is older, and getting up to the fifth floor is part of the daily routine for us. People know the address around here because it's a well-known street. We handle a lot of paperwork and meetings in that room. It gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and desks, but we make it work. Kolkata is a big city, and being centrally located like this helps. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Just a door with our name on it. Most days involve talking to people who drop by or dealing with the usual property stuff that comes our way. It's nothing too flashy. We just focus on what needs to be done each day. Sometimes the lift is slow, so we wait or take the stairs if we're in a hurry. Being in Room 25/6 means we've seen a lot of different faces over the years. We like the neighborhood. There are good places to grab a quick tea or lunch nearby. That’s pretty much us. We don't try to be something we aren't, just a local business doing its thing and trying to stay organized.
