We are located at 4, Kiran Shankar Roy Road, right in the middle of the busy Kolkata streets. It is one of those parts of town where there is always a crowd and plenty of noise. We’ve got a simple setup here. It’s not one of those modern high-rises with shiny elevators; it’s more of a traditional space that fits the character of the area. At DSP Landmarks LLP, we spend our days dealing with the realities of land and property. It isn't always glamorous work. There’s a lot of checking records and talking to different people to make sure everything is in order. We don’t really use big words to describe what we do. We just help move things along. The team is just regular folks from around West Bengal who know how things work here. We drink a lot of chai and get through the paperwork as it comes. Some days are slower than others, but we always find something to stay busy with. Being in the 700001 area means we are close to the heart of the city's administrative side, which is handy for us. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just rely on doing our jobs and letting people see the results for themselves. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We focus on the details that actually matter instead of the fluff.
