We are based at 13/9C Thakur Ramkrishna Road, right in the first lane. It’s a quiet enough spot for DS BIMAL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED to get things done. We’ve been working out of this office for a while now. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and the files we keep on all the building projects. Construction is what we know. We don’t spend much time on fancy websites or trying to look bigger than we are. Usually, someone is always out at a site while someone else stays back to handle the phone calls and the paperwork. It’s a lot of back and forth with workers and making sure we have enough materials for the week. Sometimes we run out of space for all the samples we have lying around. The tea stall around the corner is where we usually take our breaks and talk about what needs to happen next. We don’t have any grand plans to take over the industry, we just like building things properly. If a door doesn’t close right or a pipe leaks, we are the ones who have to hear about it, so we try to be careful. It’s just us here, a small team trying to do a decent job every day. We don’t use big words or pretend to be something we’re not. It’s just construction work, plain and simple, and we like it that way.
