Doing Mba In George College

We are situated at 15 D N Chatterjee Road in the Alambazar area of Kolkata. It’s an old part of the city, and the building reflects that history. Working and studying through George College takes up most of the time here. West Bengal has a very particular rhythm, and Alambazar is no different. The street outside is narrow and can get quite congested with rickshaws and people heading to the market. Our space is just a simple room where we keep our materials and get our heads down to work. We spend a lot of time reading and preparing for what’s next. Most of the people around here are locals who have lived in the area for generations. It feels very connected to the neighborhood. We don’t try to pretend to be something we aren’t. There are no big advertisements or slogans on the walls. It’s just a practical setup for someone focusing on their education and future. Kolkata is a city that moves at its own pace, and we’ve found our own rhythm within it. Every day is about showing up and putting in the hours, whether it’s raining or the sun is beating down on D N Chatterjee Road. It's just a regular, hard-working atmosphere here.
