Dlite Builders Llp is located right at 16/2C, Armenian Street. If you know Kolkata, you know Armenian Street is a very old and busy part of the city. Being in the 700001 area means we are right in the thick of the old business district. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, much like the street itself. It has high ceilings and those thick walls that keep it a bit cooler in the summer months. We do not have any modern, minimalist furniture or anything like that. Just some heavy wooden desks and old filing cabinets. It is a very human place to work. You can hear the vendors outside and the general chaos of the street all day long. We do construction and building projects, so there is always a lot to keep track of. We spend our mornings checking in on various sites and then come back here in the afternoon to deal with all the paperwork. It is not the fastest-paced office, but we get things done at our own speed. We have been at this address for a while and the neighbors all know us by now. Armenian Street has a lot of history, and it feels right for us to be based here. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want a steady place to organize our work and meet with the people we do business with. It is a bit cramped sometimes, but it feels like home.
