Dhatab Nirman Llp

Dhatab Nirman Llp is based over at 513/S1 in the Diamond Heritage building. We are up on the 5th floor at 16 Strand Road. It is a very busy area in B.B.D. Bagh, right in the heart of the city. We do a lot of construction and building work. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place for us to keep our files and meet with people. Strand Road always has a lot of traffic, and the noise sometimes comes up to the 5th floor, but we are used to it by now. We spend most of our time out at the project sites anyway. Fairley Place is right there, and it’s a good location for getting around. Our team is small. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just focus on getting the building work done right. It can be a struggle with the weather and getting materials delivered through the city traffic. We’ve been at this address for some time. People know where to find us if they need something built or planned. We don't really do the whole marketing thing. Most of our work comes from people we have worked with before. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but that is how the business goes. We’re just regular folks trying to make a living in the construction trade here in Kolkata.
