DHAROHAR HEIGHTS LLP

11A/1C East Topsia Road is the address. It’s another spot in the busy Topsia area. The road outside is always dusty and there is a lot of construction noise coming from nearby projects. Dharohar Heights LLP is based in a plain building that doesn't really stand out from any of the others on the block. Our office is just a few rooms with grey tiles on the floor. We have some heavy metal cupboards where we keep all the original documents and files locked up. The air is often thick with the smell of the city—exhaust from cars and cooking smells from the nearby food stalls. We spend a lot of our time coordinating with workers and checking on site progress. It is a lot of phone calls and messy paperwork that piles up quickly. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing person to talk to people. Most people find us because they saw our sign or heard about us from someone else who lives in the neighborhood. The office gets quite hot in the afternoon because the sun hits the front windows directly. We have some thin curtains, but they don't do much to stop the heat. Usually, someone goes out to get snacks for the whole office around four o'clock. We sit on the edge of the desks and eat while talking about what needs to be finished before we go home. It’s a very basic setup, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a posh office space.
