DHANUR DHARI PROJECTS PRIVATE LIMITED has its base at 4, Rajendra Prasad Sarani, which most people still call Clive Row. It is right in the heart of the old business district of Kolkata. Our office is on the 4th floor. The building has that classic old-world feel with thick walls and high ceilings. It’s a bit of a maze getting up here if you aren’t used to it. We deal with various project works, mostly focused on the construction side of things. There are no fancy decorations in our office, just some maps on the wall and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We like being in this area because everything is close by, from the banks to the hardware markets. The traffic outside is always a mess, but you get used to the constant honking after a few weeks. We are just a bunch of regular people working hard to make a living. There’s no corporate ladder here, just us working together to get the projects finished. Sometimes we stay late when a big deadline is coming up, eating snacks from the street vendors below. We don’t have a marketing strategy. We just rely on doing a decent job so that people might mention us to others. It’s a busy, noisy, and somewhat chaotic way to work, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
