Our building is pretty plain, but it's home for us during the work week. We deal with overseas trade, which mostly means we spend a lot of time on the phone with people in different time zones. We have a couple of large filing cabinets that are overflowing with old shipping records. We should probably clean them out, but we never seem to find the time. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job right and not have any issues with the shipments. The floor is made of old tiles that are a bit cracked, but we put a rug over the worst part. We share the building with a few other small firms, so there's always someone to chat with in the hallway. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We don't do anything flashy. Just export work and a lot of record-keeping. It's what we know, and we've been doing it this way for years.
