Devasmriti Awas Llp

Our office is up on the 8th floor of Marshall House, which is at 33/1 N S Road. Being in Room No 807 means we have a bit of a climb if the lift isn’t working, which happens more often than you would think. It’s right in the middle of the Kolkata 700001 area, so things are always moving fast around here. Devasmriti Awas Llp is basically just a few of us sitting around desks trying to keep everything organized. The room isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at blueprints and legal papers. It’s pretty noisy outside with all the street noise coming up from N S Road, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. We aren't trying to be some big corporate entity with a lobby and a fountain. We just have our little space on the 8th floor where we handle the building work. Some days are longer than others, especially when there are deadlines, but that is just how it goes in this business. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay on top of the pile of work on our desks. It’s a practical place for practical work. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team, just our address and the work we do every day for the people who need us. We aren't trying to impress anyone, just doing the job.
