Our office is at 5 Clive Row, which is right in the old heart of Kolkata's business district. If you know the area, you know it’s full of these massive, old buildings and very narrow streets where the cars can barely squeeze through. We are in one of those buildings. It has high ceilings and thick walls that keep it a little cooler, though we still need the fans going. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a fancy website. We just have our office where we handle the day-to-day tasks. Most of our time is spent on the phone or going through ledgers and documents. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it’s how we like to work. The street outside is always full of people selling tea or snacks, and the energy of the city really flows through this area. We are just a few people working together, making sure the business stays on track. We don't pretend to be something we aren't. We are just a local company in the 700001 area code. We take our work seriously, but we don't feel the need to use big, impressive words to talk about it. It’s just a place where we come every morning, do our jobs, and then head back out into the busy Kolkata streets at the end of the day. It’s a simple life for us at Destiny Mansions.
