Being on the first floor is handy because we don’t have to wait for the elevator most of the time. The office is basically a converted flat. It has that lived-in feel, which we prefer over those cold, modern offices. Deshbandhu Road East is a lively place with plenty of shops and people moving about. We handle hydro equipment, so there’s often parts or technical manuals lying around the desks. It can get a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. Our team is small and we’ve all known each other for years. We do our own bookkeeping and handle the technical side of things right from these rooms. The lighting isn't the best, and the walls are a bit stained, but it's home to us. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our clients have been coming to us for a long time, so they know exactly where to find Flat 1-B. It’s a practical workspace for a practical business. We don't worry about being fancy or sounding like a big corporation. We just focus on the equipment and the people who need it. It’s what we do every day from morning till evening.
