Deloitte Haskins Sells

Our place for Deloitte Haskins Sells is over at 162 D 659 1 in Lake Gardens, Kolkata. It’s a really pretty part of the city with a lot of trees and a bit of a slower pace compared to the center of town. Our office is tucked away here in West Bengal, 700045, and it feels more like a house than a big office building. We like it that way because it's quieter and we can actually hear ourselves think. There is always someone making tea in the afternoon, and the smell of it fills up the rooms. We handle a lot of different tasks here, mostly involving lots of paperwork and checking figures over and over. It's not the kind of place where people wear suits every single day; we keep it more casual and comfortable so we can get through the day. The building is older, so it has those high ceilings that keep things a bit cooler during the humid months. Sometimes we take a walk near the lakes during our lunch break just to get some fresh air. It’s a very honest way to work, just sitting at our desks and making sure everything is in the right place. We don’t have any big mission statements on the walls, just some calendars and notes pinned up to remind us of what needs to be done. It’s a good, solid place to be for us.
