You can find us over in New BP Township, specifically in Block O at Plot 31. We use Flat AA 101 as our base of operations here in Kolkata. It’s a quiet enough spot, tucked away from the main noise of the city, which is good when you’re trying to fix technical issues all day. This Dell office is really just a functional space for our small crew. We’ve got the basic furniture and a lot of wires running everywhere. It’s not the kind of place that’s meant for showing off. We mostly just deal with the hardware and software problems that come our way. Since we are in 700094, it’s easy for the guys to commute from nearby areas. We usually start the day by checking what’s left over from yesterday. There’s a lot of typing and clicking going on. We don't have a fancy cafeteria, so we just bring our own tiffin or go out to one of the local stalls nearby. The building is okay, nothing fancy, but it keeps the rain off. We spend a lot of time troubleshooting things that don't want to work. It’s honest work, even if it’s frustrating sometimes. We just try to keep everything organized in the flat so we know where the parts are. It’s a simple setup for a tech team.
