Deepanchit Builders Llp

Our spot is Room 105 in Hmp House over at 4 Fairlie Place. It is right in the heart of Kolkata, near the river. The building is one of those classic ones with high ceilings and thick walls. We are Deepanchit Builders. Mostly we do the usual building work and some renovations for local folks. The office is pretty small so things get crowded when the whole crew is in for a meeting. We spend a lot of time dealing with the logistics of getting trucks into this part of the city. It is a bit of a nightmare with the narrow streets and the crowds sometimes. We just focus on the projects we have in front of us. No big slogans or anything like that. We just show up and do the work. The fans in the office hum all day long. We have a lot of old files from previous jobs stacked in the corner because we haven't gotten around to throwing them out yet. People know where to find us if they need something built or fixed. We try to keep things straightforward. If there is a problem on a site we just go down there and handle it ourselves. It's how we've always done things. The 700001 zip code is a busy place to work but we like the energy of it. We usually grab lunch from the vendors downstairs. It is quick and easy when we are busy with deadlines.
