Decorlab

Our little office, Decorlab, is found at 41 B on Simla Street. We’re right in the Beadon Street area of Kolkata, specifically near Vinayak Garden. This part of the city has so much history, and you can feel it when you walk down the lanes. The building we’re in isn’t new, but it has character, even if the stairs are a bit narrow. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting at a desk covered in papers. We spend our days here trying to stay on top of everything. It’s a quiet spot compared to the main roads, which we actually prefer. Most of our neighbors have been around for decades. We don’t spend money on big ads or trying to look like a huge corporation. That’s just not who we are. We prefer the honest, direct approach. If a job needs doing, we figure out how to do it and get it done. The Vinayak Garden landmark helps people find us when they get lost in the Simla Street turns. We’ve had many rainy days where the water pools up outside, but we just keep working through it. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living. We enjoy the local atmosphere and the fact that we can just be ourselves here without any corporate pressure or fancy labels on things.
