Ambo Exports Pvt. Ltd.

Our office is on the second floor of a building at 3 Pretoria Street. It is an interesting street with a lot of history to it. The stairs up to our floor are a bit narrow, so carrying big packages up can be a challenge. We have been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, boxes, and a lot of shipping labels. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure everything is where it should be. It gets quite humid here, especially in the middle of the year, so we keep the windows open when there’s a breeze. Ambo Exports is not a large operation, just a handful of us making sure things move along. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. It’s the most used thing in the office. We don't have any shiny brochures or fancy lobby furniture. The walls are a little yellowed, and the floorboards creak when you walk near the back window. It feels like a real workspace. We mostly talk to people over the phone or through messages. Sometimes a delivery driver comes by and we have to move some boxes around to make space. It’s a bit cluttered, but we know where everything is. That’s just how we run things here on Pretoria Street. It’s practical and it works for us.
