Bottles& Chimney

We've been over here at 14/20A, Bose Pukur Road for a while now. Most people around Kolkata know the spot. It's just Bottles& Chimney, nothing too fancy. My brother and I started this because we wanted something local. We handle the day to day stuff ourselves. Sometimes it gets busy, especially on weekends, but that is just how it goes in this part of town. We are right near the 700042 zip code area. It is a bit of a walk from the main crossing but most folks find us okay. The sign is out front. We try to keep things simple. If you are looking for us, we are usually in by the morning and stay till late. It's a small place, not like those big chains you see in the malls. We just do what we do. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint but it feels like home to us. Customers come in, they chat, they leave. We don’t really do much advertising. People just find out about us from their neighbors. It's a decent living. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. New buildings going up, old ones getting torn down. But we are still here on Bose Pukur Road. It’s a good place to be. It has been quite a journey since the first day we opened. Hopefully, we will stay for many more years to come.
