Decor Lab

We set up Decor Lab over on Ultadanga Main Road quite some time back. Our address is 17/1/H/22, right in the middle of Muchi Bazar. If you know that part of Kolkata, you know how crowded and loud it gets. There’s always something happening right outside the door, which keeps things interesting. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes in the shop, but we’ve made it work for us. We spend a lot of time just managing the day-to-day stuff here. It isn't a polished showroom or anything like that. It’s more of a workspace where we keep our tools and samples piled up. Sometimes the dust from the main road gets in, and we’re constantly cleaning the front desk. We aren't a massive company with departments and managers. It’s just us here, doing the work as it comes. Usually, the mornings are for planning, and by the afternoon, we’re knee-deep in whatever project is on the table. The bazar is a great place to be because everything we need is just a short walk away. We get our tea from the same guy every single morning. People around here know us by name, which is how we like it. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. We just show up, do the work, and go home. There is no point in complicating things when a simple approach works better for everyone involved.
