We're located on the first floor over at 13 Noormal Lohia Lane. That's right in the heart of the 700007 area in Kolkata. It’s a crowded lane, but it’s home for us. We do building work, mostly focusing on small to mid-sized projects around the city. The office is usually piled with drawings and site notes. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us working at a table. We’ve been part of this neighborhood for a while. The work is mostly about coordinating with labor and making sure materials arrive on time. It can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but we enjoy it. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We're just local builders. We take things one project at a time. The heat in the summer can make site visits tough, but that’s just life in Kolkata. We try to be honest about how long things take. No point in making promises we can't keep. Most of our work comes from people who know us or have seen our projects nearby. It’s a simple way to run things. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s in front of us. Noormal Lohia Lane is one of those places where you really feel the pulse of Kolkata. Being on the first floor at number 13 gives us a good vantage point, though the stairs can be a bit steep when you're carrying heavy samples.
